John Fayocavitz is founder and owner of Fitness Aspects. John founded his company in 2011. He enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, although his passion is working with clients over the age of 40 that want to improve their overall health and well-being. John holds a N.A.S.M certification specializing in performance enhancement, strength & conditioning coach, as well as, a Master’s degree in Education with a minor in nutrition. Fitness has always been in John’s life, since playing high school football and track & field. He has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years as a personal trainer, coach and educator. He taught health & physical education in both high school and collegiate settings. He was the Head lacrosse coach at the University of Scranton for 10 years winning 2 championship titles, holding the record of most career wins in the University’s history. With a background in soccer coaching and twenty years of personal training experience, Carlos’s passion is to help people create a healthy and balanced lifestyle. He loves teaching members of all ages how to take care of themselves and at the same time minimize injuries. He also loves to help athletes reach their peak potential by combining all the different components of a well-balanced fitness program-speed, agility, power, explosiveness, strength, and flexibility.
His certifications and degrees include NASM-CPT, NASM-PES, Power Plate Specialist, Kettle Bell Specialist, VIPR Specialist, TRX Specialist, ACE Certified.
Peggy’s life-long love of sports, health and fitness, coupled with her athletic background, led her to becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She enjoys helping others understand the positive effects that regular exercise & clean eating can have on a person’s physical & psychological well-being and loves educating others on how to become the healthiest versions of themselves. She also enjoys working with clients to meet their personal fitness goals – whether it is to lose weight, tone muscles, or simply have more energy to play with the kids/grandkids. Heather is an ACSM Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Schwinn Cycling Instructor and Certified TRX Instructor. Also, she has been a practicing Registered Nurse for 16 years. For 14 of those years, her primary focus has been on women’s health, labor/delivery and post partum. She recently established HolyFit LLC, a female specific personal training company, which is named and based off of her holistic style of training. Being fit and healthy are not an option to Heather, they are a way of life. She believes fitness should be fun and full of variety. Heather’s passion for fitness is what motivates her to design and implement fitness programs that are not only challenging and empowering, but are personalized to meet the client’s specific goals.
Dance Fitness Instructor and Co-Owner of Kaliente Fitness
Jennifer Lesmes is a certified group fitness instructor through AFAA and is the Co-Owner of Kaliente Fitness Studio. Jennifer has been involved in dance fitness for the past seven years, five of which have been as a professional dance fitness instructor teaching in various locations in the Northern Virginia area.
Jennifer is a Colombian American who was raised in New York City and has had a passion for dance her entire life. Her amazing personality ignites passion in the crowd promoting incredible energy and motivation.
Jennifer has a perky personality and is one of the most approachable individuals you will ever meet. She has an incredible amount of patience, and is a great listener. She is always smiling, and is always encouraging students to achieve their personal goals. Jennifer dances with such grace and charisma, and has the ability to break down all routines so that even a beginner can learn. She is the ideal person to teach a one on one private class.

Dance Fitness Instructor and Co-Owner of Kaliente Fitness
Carmen is a dance fitness instructor and co-founder of Kaliente Dance Fitness LLC. She has worked with the public for 28 years. She has always had a flair for dance and an ability pick up dance steps quickly. Carmen started out as a high school cheerleader, and later in her life made the ranks of the famous Washington Redskin Cheerleaders in 1991.
Born a native of Fairfax, Virginia to Peruvian immigrants she has always loved Latin Dance. Her mother, Dora Avalos, studied, performed and taught many styles of Latin dance and was Carmen’s ballet teacher when Carmen was young, so naturally dance was always in her blood.
As a pro cheerleader she picked up the many styles of jazz and hip hop dance.
When the opportunity came for her to learn a new free style dance, with a Latin Flavor and cardiovascular conditioning she dove in head first.
She loves the feeling of a good rhythm coupled with wonderfully choreographed moves. She lights up the stage the minute she puts on the music and starts to dance!
The energy is unstoppable as she coaches her students on! She has always had a wonderfully comedic side to her personality and loves to joke with her students during class. Her funny expressions, and “made up” verbiage, with a beat box type of explanation, gives her her own special style of teaching. Before they know it, the students start to catch on to the choreography.
She has always expressed how wonderful it feels to look over the sea of students and see them all dancing in rhythm with her….. “What an exhilarating feeling!”
She enjoys teaching all levels of students, and loves the challenge of teaching, and the rewards it brings to see her students learn and grow.
