You can choose between two to three times per week.

Exercise Should be Fun and Interesting

Private and semi-private training sessions are led by me at our 9,000 square foot personal training studio.  I make sure your training sessions are personalized to fit your goals and may include:

  • Stretching
  • Cardiovascular
  • Strength Training
  • Core Exercises
  • Nutritional Guide
  • Accountability Goals

You may also experience many unfamiliar exercises.  That's because I believe your activities should be fun and interesting.
